Tottenham Mason coach, ‘acting manager’, opened his mouth “I’m ready for the challenge”

Coach Ryan Mason (31), who took over as acting manager of Tottenham, opened his mouth.

On the 26th (Korean time), coach Mason shared his feelings and commitment to temporarily take charge of Tottenham in crisis through his social media account.

Tottenham’s current situation is the worst. The acting manager was recently fired. It was the final blow that they lost 1-6 to Newcastle on the 23rd, effectively leaving the competition for 4th place in the Premier League.

In the match against Newcastle, which was in fourth place, Tottenham gave up the opening goal in the first minute. It was the beginning of humiliation. After allowing 5 goals in 21 minutes in the first half, they failed to turn the game around and lost 1-6 in humiliation.스포츠토토

Tottenham’s ‘surprise tactical change’, which changed from the existing three-back to four-back, was defeated as a result. Acting coach Stellini, who ordered this, eventually left Tottenham on the 25th. Chairman Daniel Levy decided to sack him after a meeting with the players.

Tottenham’s remainder of the season will be led by coach Mason.

A native of Tottenham Youth, he served as acting manager even after then manager Jose Mourinho was sacked in April 2021.

“It’s an honor to manage a great football club,” said coach Mason. “I’m ready to take on the challenge. I know what it means to represent Tottenham.”

“I have never taken for granted the connection I have with amazing fans. I will work tirelessly with my players and staff. We will fight to bring home the badge of glory as a collective.”
